We’ve been shooting a lot of bands lately, which has been cool with my background as a music producer. The list includes: Seventh Day Slumber, Telecast (NEW CD OUT APRIL 29!), Joy Electric, Bon Voyage, Daylight West, Rebekah Cromey, Sarah Tretter, Lendon, and Starflyer 59.

The Bon Voyage one was especially fun. It was supposed to be an Old Hollywood feel, so we brought along our AMAZING hairstylist Jaime Thomason (regularly cuts my hair and also did all the hair for Katelyn and her bridesmaids at our wedding) and make-up artist Andrea Bomstad. Not to mention the husband/wife team that make up Bon Voyage are just darling, with Jason asking for camera pointers and joking about how he’s going to get into the wedding industry with his Kodak easy share and Julie (not a smoker) pulling out a cigarette for the last few shots! You’ll only find these ones on this blog, as they will never see the light of day at Tooth and Nail, who, as a Christian label, does not want to endorse smoking. We don’t either, but we appreciate the awesomeness of the pictures! So our life motto for all the mold-able minds reading this blog: Don’t smoke, take good pictures!
