Well hello all! Today is mine and Zach’s one year anniversary! Can you believe we’ve been married a year already? And to celebrate the joyous occasion: a new wicked awesome blog post! We spent Halloween at Reliance’s Halloween Country Fair- filled with pie eating contests,a chili cook off,a cake walk, square dancing; anything and everything country. Luckily, we escaped bad country music by pulling out my “Walk the Line” soundtrack and putting it on repeat! Phew! Zach and I got in our best cowboy outfits (meaning whatever we had in our closets-not much) bought a few bandanas from WalMart and of course, took a million pictures. We were beat by the end of the night…but not too beat to do a GQ Magazine shoot with Zach (Only one picture will be posted from this, approved by Zach. BOO!) And possibly the BEST photo ever taken by us is of my brother, Scotty, who dressed up as Doctor Horrible from “Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog” which can be watched here: http://drhorrible.com/mushortio.html   and actually had a beaker with dry ice in it. The best Halloween Costume EVER. Maybe tied with Jim dressed up as “Dave” on The Office.

We told you guys that there would be more maternity pictures…and we don’t lie. So here’s the second of many to come-this time of our dear friends, Kylo and Andrea This is the second child of many more to come for the Bomstad family! Everett Dean Bomstad is on his way in a quick hurry- due at the end of November. He’ll be just in time for Thanksgiving!! We cannot wait to meet this little boy and I’m especially curious to see who he looks like- mom or dad, as they both have such opposite features…except their blue eyes, which recessively Everett is sure to inherit…right?? We had some fun ideas from Andrea for this photoshoot. She really wanted to capture what she’s been doing with Everett through out the pregnancy and the time that they’ve spent together. So, we decided to do a somewhat fifties feel stolen from the “we can do” poster that’s at the top of this post, a sort of “working around the house” feel. Then we did some AWESOME photos with the little chocolate hostess donuts- which has been her “craving” food throughout this pregnancy. With Addy she craved Thorton’s Winery Dessert…so this pregnancy she made it a bit more economical! Ha! Way to go Andrea! Bon Appetit!
